| 自己紹介 | 蔵クッキングでは前菜・主菜・副菜・汁物・ご飯・漬物・デザートを作ります。その他、パン・お菓子・アフタヌーンティー等々、ご要望があればどうぞ。 時間は2時間半から3時間を予定しています。ただし、これはあくまで基本であり時間・メニューはご相談に応じます。金額は一人6000円です。 １クラス６人迄ならば、全て実習形式をとります。それ以上になった場合、デモンストレーションを中心とした方法をとります。（勿論、大人数でもできるところは実習していただけます） Appetizer, Main Dish, Side Dish, Soup, Rice, Pickles and Dessert...“一汁三菜(one soup and three dishes)”is a well-balanced Japanese food style. Desserts, breads, afternoon tea and so on are also available. Time needed: 2.5~3 hours (My schedule is flexible, so let me know your desired time). Price: 6000yen per person Number of students: 6 or fewer is best, you will be able to do everything for yourselves. If over 6 people come together, I can demonstrate how to cook basically. Of course, even in that case, you can do some things in the demonstration. |
